The Independent
‘We’re here for the times when small business needs a lifeline’ (Stephen Timms)

Time to Pay works by allowing viable businesses, experiencing cash-flow problems, to pay their tax bill over a longer period of time.
Daily Telegraph
‘Double-dip fears as shop sales fall’ (Edmund Conway)
The Telegraph reports economists’ fears that Britain’s escape from recession may be short-lived after figures showed that high street sales last month were the worst for any January on record.
