The Yorkshire StepUP event ran for 2 days and involved 500 students from years 10 to 12 (drawn mainly from Calderdale and Kirklees schools).

On Friday the Enterprise UK Further Education team paid a visit to Oldham College to meet two of the North West’s most inspiring educators.
Oldham is a town with an industrial heritage, still visible by the Victorian mills which surround the area. Now lacking in industry, the main employers are the hospital, council and College.
